These Terms and Conditions apply to customers and guests of Luxury Living Group Ltd, Hospitality Department,
GreenTek Business Complex, Triq it-Tumbata, Mriehel L/O Qormi, Malta, EU and The Rose Hostel, 129 Main Street, St Julian’s, Malta, EU who use our facilities and services.

Independent Travelers

1.1 These Terms and Conditions define:
“Customer” as a paying guest of the Hostel, 
“Hostel” as The Rose Hostel, and
“Rates” as the prices for rooms and other services offered by the Hostel.
1.2  Unless the context otherwise requires, every reference in these Terms and Conditions to:
1.2.1 “These Terms and Conditions” refers to the Terms and Conditions and Schedules, as amended or added at the time.
1.2.2 “Clause” or “sub-Clause” refers to a specific Clause of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and have no bearing on the interpretation of these Terms.
1.4 Words that convey the single must include the plural and vice versa.
1.5 Any reference to one gender shall include the other.

2.1 Customers can make bookings in advance or on the day using The Hostel’s website, booking systems, or in person.
2.2 When making a reservation, customers must give identity information such as their name, address, phone number, date of birth, nationality, and email address.
2.3 Customers can book reservations for up to 8 individuals online. More individuals are invited to contact the Groups Sales Team at reservations@therosehostel.com.
2.4 If the guest cancel or does not show up the total price of the reservation will be charge and this will be non – refundable. 
2.4.1 Full payment of the online reservation must be made via credit cart before check-in.
2.5 All reservations need the provision of payment card information.
2.6 Reservations booked in advance are mandatory, otherwise the Hostel cannot guarantee the availability of rooms, the rate or other facilities for in-person bookings. 
2.7 Reservations made in advance do not create a legally enforceable contract between the Hostel and the Customer until the Hostel confirms the reservation and gives the Customer with a booking reference.
2.8 All reservations include linen and cleaning.
2.9 Cots and extra beds are not provided.
2.10 Rates vary depending on the various factors influencing supply and demand. For example, accommodation rates will be higher during peak season, major public events, and the holiday season.
2.11 Any difference in price between an existing reservation and current rates will not be refunded.
2.12 Rate details, including promotional rates and other special deals, are accessible on The Rose Hostel ‘s website.
2.13 Unless otherwise noted, rates and prices quoted when making reservations are just for accommodation. Additional fees may apply for items like as local taxes, key deposits, breakfast, and late checkout.
2.14 All direct reservations made through The Rose Hostel website are guaranteed to be the best price online.

3.1 Reservations booked through third-party websites (such as Hostelworld, Agoda, or Booking.com) are not qualified for the Best Price Online Guarantee.
3.2 A reservation placed on an OTA website must be cancelled through the same website.
3.3 Modification requests must be sent either the OTA’s website or the customer’s user interface on the same website.
3.4 Refund requests for all other OTA reservations must be submitted through the OTA’s website.
3.5 The Rose Hostel management will deny any free OTA reservation cancellation requests.
3.6 Any request for an OTA reservation alteration will be acknowledged and evaluated; however, any cost reduction or request for a partial refund will be denied.

4.1 The customer’s payment card will be submitted to authentication. This sort of procedure is required to do necessary security and validity checks on the payment card.
4.2 To make a reservation online or in person, the Customer must submit a valid payment card.
4.3 Full payment of the online reservation must be made via credit card immediately after online booking.
4.4 Reservations booked in person at the reception desk for the same day request immediate payment and is non-refundable.
4.5 Similarly, reservations booked in-person at the reception desk for a future date will demand immediate payment and are non-refundable.
4.6 The hostel accepts the following payment methods:
4.6.1 Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
4.6.2 PayPal.
4.6.3 Cash is accepted at the reception desk for walk-in reservations.
4.7 When a customer fails to present oneself at check-in, the entire fee is non-refundable.

5. 1 Cancellation reservations can be cancelled or altered by the customer at any time. 
5.1.1 Cancellation reservations is Non-refundable.
5.1.2 When a customer is not present at check-in on the day of arrival without notification, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and all consecutive nights will be cancelled. 
5.2 When a Customer notifies the Hostel about their late arrival, their reservation will be kept active.
5.3 Customers may request additional nights at the hostel at any time prior to or during their stay, regardless of the cancellation policy.

6. 1 The Hostel will not share customers’ personal information with third parties for any reason without the customer’s prior consent. Such data will only be collected, processed, and stored in compliance with the Hostel’s rights and obligations as outlined in the Data Protection Act’s regulations and principles.
6.1.2 All user data is securely saved, processed, and deleted in strict accordance with the rules and regulations of the applicable national jurisdictions.

7. 1 The Hostel’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not renounce the right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions. Such failure must not be construed as a waiver of any prior or subsequent violation, nor shall it constitute a continuing waiver.
7.2
These Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and duties arising from or related with them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Malta’s laws.
7.3 Any disagreement, conflict, action, or claim between the Parties relating to these Terms and Conditions (including any non-contractual matters and obligations originating from or associated with them) shall be resolved by the Malta courts.
